Prof. Gil Clark passed away in January at age 94. Gil was a faculty member in the UCLA Physics Department for his entire career.
Gil was an expert in design and implementation of experimental physics instrumentation. He won acclaim early in his career for pioneering work on Nuclear Magnetic Resonance (NMR) and became an NMR mentor and close friend of ViewPlus founder John Gardner.
Gil and his wife Eva were among the critically-important early investors in ViewPlus, and he will be sorely missed by everyone associated with the company.
