This accessible coloring book features braille titles and embossed lines over printed ink. Experience the joy of coloring in a way that individuals of all ages, both sighted and visually impaired, can enjoy. This general coloring book features a variety of objects, creatures, and scenes using large, easy to distinguish shapes.
This book is available in both Grade 1 and Grade 2 UEB (Unified English Braille). Contracted (Grade 2) braille is used by more experienced braille users. It uses the same letters, punctuation and numbers as uncontracted (Grade 1) braille but adds a series of special signs to represent common words or groups of letters, a bit like a kind of shorthand.
If you already own a ViewPlus embosser and would like to print our coloring pages yourself, we’re providing a free download of all 10 pages. Each page comes with a PDF version for printing the ink, and two PRN files (one for grade 1 UEB and one for grade 2 UEB) for printing the braille and raised lines. Note that these pages are made for 8.5×11″ paper.
