Firmware update packages will erase the existing firmware on your printer and update your printer to the current released version.

Installation Instructions

Download the firmware update package.
Ensure your printer is connected to your PC and turn it on while holding down all 4 panel buttons. Once the firmware update has been downloaded, extract the archive and run the executable file. You will see a dropdown menu.
Select your attached printer from the dropdown menu. Then select “Start Download.” You will see a progress bar on the interface of the firmware update package.
Once the firmware update is complete, close the firmware update program.

Note: Once the update has successfully completed, you will need to power your printer off & on.

Updating Drivers/Firmware: It is recommended that when you update drivers/firmware to update both at the same time to the latest version.

Updating Drivers/Firmware: Correct firmware versions are dependent on the case model of your EmBraille.
